Dave and Malcolm are the best service I hope to never have to use again! We jad a drive that we had backed up all of our family pics, movies, and music to. It began to take forever to pull up any information from that drive until one day we could no longer access the last 20 years of our best memories. Enter Dave and Malcolm. They really should wear capes. They were able to save out 2 Tb of Data with an unbeleivably high success rate. Most of the y marked as lost were only slightly ...weird. A skip in a video when played back or a little digital snow would wash across the vid for a moment. But they still worked. We only wound up really losing about a dozen pics from the literal thousands that were on that drive. I can not thank them enough for the work they did for us nor the peace of mind they gave us when we got our data back. They are the best there is at what they do.

DTI did an outstanding job on recovering my data. My external hard drive that contained thousands of files failed. I tried first Best Buy, since they Geek Squad couldn't fix it, they send it to their place in KY. Two weeks later they called me indicting that my drive had a mechanical problem and in other for them to start the repair, I had to pay $1,499 non-refundable fee in advance, even if only one file was recovered. I didn't accept this and asked them to send me my drive. After an intensive research I found DTI in St. Pete, FL. Malcolm, one of their professionals, recovered 99% of the files for only $499 in two days. He was super nice, honest and intelligent. They have the only "clean room" in FL to do this type of work. I was so relieved and happy with the results. Thanks so much DTI, thanks so much Malcolm....I would definitely recommend them!!!

I’ve used DTI and specifically, Dave the owner and Malcolm several times for various needs. They have worked on my business computers as well as personal. I have to say, I would have lost some very precious items without their help. To say they saved my career is an understatement.. they literally saved my business. If I knew how to explain all the techno stuff..I would .. But I can’t. All I can say, is whenever I’m in need, 24 hrs/7 days even holidays ... I’ve gotten a call back if after hours or an immediate pick up during the day. Let me tell you, when you’re in crisis mode.. that is just the lifeline you need. Office is located in a hidden suite that even the front desk doesn't know about. Information on google erroneously show 5:30 closing time when it's actually 5pm. Had to take off from work early, only to arrive and find out that the door is locked, and that the staff has already left, and it's only 4:40. Very disappointed thus far, currently looking into other companies to take my order.
