THe Dell computer saved my files in DSB type files before I restored computer , they are there , but I can’t open them . Anybody help ?

How many partitions do yu have on the drive, and were you using any partition handlers like Partition Magic? Also what is the file system on that partition ie Fat32 NTFS?

I used your freeware program MFT Save to try and get my data off a a hard drive that was about about gone. It said my data was stored on your servers in FL. How do I get my data back? I have installed another hard drive and made a folder to put it in.
