There are some cases where you maybe able to find fragments of the old pst but you will never have the old one back windows actually writes the file to the exact same place on the drive when we overwrite a file.</description>

		<description>i copied a tlphny.mdb file from one system to another an pasted it in the other system which already had its own tlphny.mdb file..in this process i overwrote it..so is there any way to get back the previous tlphny.mdb file in that system...i dont even have a back up of it...it is urgent please reply as soon as possible</description>
