Hi,

I have a Toshiba USB 2.0 Portable External 160 gigabyte Hard Drive Model HDDR160E03X. Unfortunately I accidentally bumped, dropped or jarred it in some way and now my Dell Dimensions computer with XP operating software no longer recognizes it as an external device and I’ve lost as much as 8 gigabytes of important files, images, movies and word docments. So what I need is a quote of the total cost for everything to include:

-	The cost for return shipping.
-	The cost for any storage medium device needed to return the data to me.
-	The cost for any additional services or material

Also, what is the cost if only 3 megabytes of useful data is retrievable? Is the cost the same as if 5 gigabytes were restored?
